Return Merchandise Authorization are required to be submitted for all parts returns – email is not accepted.
Please fill out the form below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization confirmation and number (RMA #) prior to a replacement part being provided.
Once filled out, a parts representative from the supplier will provide confirmation of acceptance of the RMA process or discuss why this falls outside of the current warranty within 48 business hours. Upon confirmation of acceptance the parts representative will provide a ship to address.
- If the Buyer requires a replacement part prior to inspection, the Buyer must provide a purchase order or signed acceptance that if the part is deemed to not fall under warranty that it is to be paid in full
- Parts that do not fall under warranty are not subject to refund, thus not required to be returned.
- Buyer is responsible to package and ship the non conforming part for evaluation to the Suppliers facility within 10 business days of receipt of RMA#.
- Any parts damaged as a result of transportation by carrier including but not limited to FedEx, UPS or DHL, the Buyer must make a claim with the carrier as they are not subject to warranty replacement.
